As a mentor coach for the Clergy Coach Training program at Garrett Evangelical Seminary on the campus of Northwestern University, Cornelia, PCC works with emerging coaches assessing their skills and readiness for the International Coach Federation (ICF) oral exams. In addition, Cornelia provides several Mentor Coaching Options for those coaches seeking the coach credential of ACC or PCC from the International Coach Federation and for those seeking support in developing their coaching practice. Currently, The ICF requires 2 Letters of Recommendation and working 10 hours with a mentor coach to receive either your ACC or PCC Credential.

For those looking to work with Cornelia to prepare for the ICF exams. Includes 10 individual sessions including 4 observed live coaching sessions. During your work with Cornelia you will focus on your demonstration of the Core Competencies and develop strategies for continued competency growth and development.

Designed for those coaches seeking credentialing support who are not regular mentor coaching clients of Cornelia. The Credentialing Readiness Assessment (CRA) provides an opportunity to assess your skills against the ICF coaching competencies and determine your readiness for Credential Assessment. Cornelia will review your coaching skills in the same format and structure of the ICF oral exam. You will receive detailed and specific feedback, review areas of strength and opportunity and receive a credential level assessment based on your oral demonstration. For those meeting the ACC or PCC credential requirements you will receive a letter of recommendation (required for the application). Note: This service is included in the one-on-one mentor coaching program.

The CRA Process:
In a 1 hour session, Cornelia will listen and assess you coaching live followed by a detailed debrief competency by competency of your performance. If your skills meet the ICF minimum performance standards you will receive a letter of reference from Cornelia indicating her assessment as Professional Certified Coach with the ICF. In a follow on session Cornelia will debrief YOUR review of your recording and answer any additional questions you may have about your performance in the live coaching demonstration. Please note both sessions are recorded for your review.

Cornelia has been where you are, starting your practice, finding a niche, and developing a brand. Cornelia has designed a mastermind program intended to accelerate your practice launch, allowing you to make your difference in the world faster. In this 12- week accelerated program you will work in a mastermind group of up to 5 other coaches to hone your coaching, marketing and business skills.

How It Works

Each week for one hour we will meet to focus on a specific area of practice development. Because this is an accelerated program it requires your focused attention on the content, completing fieldwork and supporting your accountability partner. Weeks 4, 8, and 12 will be devoted solely to answering your questions regarding the content.
