You will take your desires “off the shelf” and make them the reality of your daily experience!

Shadow Coaching provides Executives with the opportunity to go beyond the obvious of their day-to-day activities to explore the underlying attitudes, beliefs and habits, which are creating the current results and may be limiting their effectiveness. This "in the moment" approach to coaching allows for immediate feedback. Observing the Executive during their workday allows for in-depth insights, objective feedback, and the opportunity to develop and hone their reflective skills and capabilities. Ideal for the Senior Leader with large P&L responsibility, in a fast paced, intense, and diverse work environment.
