Cornelia’s commitment to the empowerment of women is evident at her annual Design Your Life summit where everyone from momprenuers to executive women are able to create their designed future. Additionally, Cornelia provides her skill and expertise as Board Vice Chair for Women for Change Coaching Community a non-profit committed to providing access to coaching for all women. She serves as a faculty member for three ICF accredited coach training programs and is on the Board of Advisors for a leadership training organization for high school girls in her hometown of Detroit, MI. Cornelia studied business and leadership in Australia and Asia, and received her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband.
